• Direct taxes were not approved, in fact the majority of the Commonwealths and Republics hated them

  • None-the-less the direct tax clause was fraudulently written into the Constitution

  • The Constitution did not require members of the Court and those before the Courts to be attorneys

• The so called "Federal Reserve Act" is unconstitutional

• The 14th, 16th and 17th  Amendment never received the necessary 3/4 vote to ratify

• The federal union of the several states violated their own charters and overlaid itself upon the sovereignty of the several states

  • Bill of Rights

• The several states and THEIR county and city municipality corporations have in turn overlaid themselves upon the natural born state Citizens
  • This violates all the founding and fundamental laws

• The taxing systems in America go against all the founding and fundamental laws of the land
  • Therefore Do away with the IRS
  • Stop ALL direct taxes upon the natural born state Citizens
  • Stop ALL indirect taxes upon the natural born state Citizens
• Return to ONLY legitimate taxing sources, i.e.
  1. Uniform indirect taxes upon corporations ONLY
  2. Customs duties
  3. Sale and lease of state natural resources
  4. A legitimate monetary system where the coins and currency are based on precious metals
     • This includes competitive issuing of legitimate coins and gold and silver certificates among the several states
  5. And yes ALL government employees should be held to a much higher standard
     • they should be discouraged to stay on the government dole by any means
     • they should not be making more than the private sector

• The usury laws must be drastically reformed
  • The concept of interest should be challenged for at least private residential homes and land
  • Low interest should only be used on low credit rated individuals, i.e. 1% max.
  • NO interest should be used on high credit rated individuals
  • Loan closing costs should be limited
  • The "eviction" property owners should be done in the beginning of the loan process NOT after they are in their homes
  • Once the property owner's loan is approved, and they are in their home, the home title should be alloidal, land patent
    • The concept of "eminent domain" and "foreclosure" are the ill-gotten legal swindles devised by bankers and lawyers
    • The creation of loose credit AND the take down of property rights in America has created the following
      1. an intended nightmare for American Families to collect on instant credit by the banksters
      2. which is totally unnecessary and upside down
      3. Tight credit and tight property rights up front will do more to save American families from harm than any other
      4.  Once property (e.g. wages and home) of the owner is secured from seizure, the legal, financial and environmental mining of working families lives will began to ebb

• Land Patent title must be systemically secured on all residential private property in America
  • Once American working families are secure in their rightful sanctuaries, the spirit of America will fly again

• Governments which are based on freedom and liberty PROTECT working families, NOT take from them
  • Free systems of government DO NOT give their Citizens anything but the freedom & liberty to work & die by their own hands
  • To do any more than simply protect is to take
  • You cannot help working families by continually going back to the same old corrupt "government" paradigm
    • which steals and transfers individual private property and rights based on feudal political concepts
  • You cannot help working families in a  system model which is the very cause of their demise
  •  You cannot help working families when you are bailing out the very brokers who have sent them to debtors prison
  • You cannot help working families when you have broken their will to live through unending ...
    • illegitimate taxes,
    • usurious interest,
    • diluted titles,
    • ludicrous & unnecessary regulations of their private and public property
  • You cannot help working families by pitting them into social engineering herding paradigms and treat them like ants, i.e. unSustaining Development, unSmart Growth, et al
    • Whereby you pit the urban working class against the rural working class
    • Whereby you strangle natural growth and enterprise
    • Whereby you entrap the masses into gerrymandered political districts favorable to known outcomes
    • Whereby you invite predetermine outcomes by the very nature of the wording, population and districting
    • Whereby competition is systemically culled out by tactics beneficial to the special interests
    • All while the corrupt CO..urts, CON..gress and Executioners feed upon the American Working Families 

• Finally we must return to an honorable system of justice
  • We must install Grand Juries and Trial Juries back in America
  • The government and those who control it must begin to fear the people, as the people fear the black boots at their door
  • We must forbid lawyers, judges, Bar associations or any government associations from any public office
  • Only natural born, sovereign state Citizens may be selected
  • The current judge - lawyer - Bar Association - "ward of the court" paradigm must be ended
  • The people must reclaim their rightful power by systematically dismantling the established power associations in all the branches 
  • The current models for County and City monopolies of  power must be thrown out
  • The concept of "representative government" does not work
  • The  concept of "voting and elections" does not work
  • ALL of the systems put in place 233 years ago do not work because....
    • they were designed to work for others NOT the natural born state Citizens

• Unless we can free ourselves from this monster others have created, we will never be free. 
• You can forget healthcare, if you are not alive long to afford to retire or live long after. 
• The average time a Boeing male employee lives AFTER retirement by one analysis is
• 10 months at age 65
• 2.5 years at age 64
• 4 years at age 63 
• less than 6 years at age 62
• The longer you work, the sooner you die. 
• Conversely, the sooner you retire, the longer you live. 
• The message is very very clear
• It is NOT your health that you are dying from or that needs care,
• It is because your private property is being stolen so fast...
• That  you cannot work hard enough to stay alive long enough to keep it, let alone enjoy it
• For God sake wake up to what the wizards are doing
• The wizards are handing out bailouts to keep you playing in THEIR game

• The basic models of  government are not unlike the "choices" political parties and the various power associations give you. 
  • By whatever type you "choose", you are still slave labor, indentured and bonded servants to the wizards
  • We are child like to them, not unlike child labor of a few hundred years ago
  • The living conditions have dramatically improved of course, i.e. we are clean slaves now. 
  • The education levels have changed but that too is an illusion,
    • i.e. you are taught ONLY what they want you to know 
  • Technology has made huge advances, NO illusion there more or less.
  • On the outside America appears "vibrant", even over history. 
  • This is the illusion the wizards have created by their legal, financial, monetary & media smoke and mirrors.

• While nearly everything has advanced to a near "perfect world" in America for the average middle class, it is not what it seems. 
  • Government and those who control it have refused to make even the most basic changes, some of which are suggested above.  
  • There has been a massive assault on individual and state rights over the entire 233 years. 
  • Americans private property and living conditions have been devastated by inflation
  • We no longer truly own our land, we rent from the state
  • Everything we do in our daily life is visible to the state but they refuse transparency to US
  • There has been an unimaginable taking of wealth and lives by the totally illegitimate wars
  • There has been an  unimaginable taking of family living conditions by the illegitimate monetary system
  • On and On the takings go, most we do not see or know
  • Huge continental taking programs have been enacted to further the geo power centers.  
  • The concept of "alternative energy" is a fraud and ruse of world wide proportions which only subsidizes those in power at family expense
  • The man caused global warming hoax was an world wide orchestrated taking upon all family property, private and public
  • Prohibition was a taking of the small rural family distillers by the urban corporate distillers who were paying taxes (campaign funds)
  • American federal central government started by pitting the rural class folks against the urban class folks
  • They are two different worlds played against each other for the geo power center gains
  • All this created using basic herding tricks for cattle
